Cancellations
When you make an appointment we specifically set time aside for you. To be fair to other clients who might be on the waiting list, please give us as much notice as possible if you have to cancel your appointment. Please note that cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee unless we are able to fill your spot from our waiting list. The more notice you give us, the more likely it is that we will be able to avoid this fee for you.
